These General Conditions regulate the purchase and sale contract, concluded through the website (www.azoraroma.pt) between E.N.I. Cosmin Balaban with registered office in Prainha, SRP, Rua do Poca Branca s/n, 9940-040, Azores, Portugal, with NIF: 308911083, as seller (hereinafter, AzorAROMA), and the Buyer who, on this website, completed a Purchase process for a certain product.
1. Application of the General Conditions of Sale:
When making purchases on the website (www.azoraroma.pt), the Buyer accepts these General Conditions of Sale.
2. Product Prices
2.1. The Sale Price corresponds to the price in force during the purchase process and includes VAT at the current rate.
2.2. The purchase price of the product will be increased, where applicable, by the shipping cost of delivery.
3. Product Availability
3.1. The online sales website (www.azoraroma.pt) is designed so that the Customer knows in advance the availability of the product. However, AzorAROMA cannot prevent stock shortages, particularly those resulting from force majeure.
3.2. In cases where it is not possible for AzorAROMA to ensure delivery of the product purchased by the Customer within 14 days, AzorAROMA will credit the Customer for the amount spent by the Customer, using the same payment method used by the Customer.
3.3 At AzorAROMA we welcome pre-orders or custom orders, case when you will know the delivery estimate time.
4. Product Presentation:
4.1. The products for sale are described and presented according to their original characteristics. It can exist some small color difference of the product photos, caused of monitor color calibrations.
5. How to buy:
5.1. Choose the product(s).
5.2. If you wish to purchase it, simply add it to your shopping cart. You can then choose between "continue shopping" or "view cart" and complete your order. You can use add to favorites option and check out everything at the end.
5.3. If you wish to finalize your order, you have the option of doing so by registering or not (we encourage you to register) and by entering the data necessary for payment and shipping. Phone number for courier delivery is mandatory.
5.4. Select a payment method.
5.5. Confirm your order.
5.6. You will receive an email confirming your order.
7. Delivery of Products
7.1. All purchases made online will be delivered to the address indicated by the consumer when completing the purchase form.
7.2. Delivery of the products presupposes advance or simultaneous payment of the price of the product and the shipping price.
7.3. Deliveries are made during business hours (9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) depending on the transport company (CTT in Portugal) and the carrier's route.
7.4 We are located on an island and CTT will ship orders first to continental Portugal and from there to your address. Delivery times can vary from 1-4 weeks, depend of your country.
8. Return (Right of Withdrawal)
AzorAROMA will accept free return of products, as long as they are not yet send from Azores, and we will refund you.
Within 14 days from the receipt of the order by the Customer; with the item in good condition, in its original packaging, untouched, without the products to be returned having been tried/used; and accompanied by the respective invoice.
Products must be returned/send to the address indicated by AzorAROMA – in the Azores.
Products may be returned by post, in which case it is essential that the customer indicates the product they wish to return and complies with all the instructions above.
When applicable, payment will be refunded within 10 business days from the date AzorAROMA verifies the returned merchandise, except the shipping fees.
9. Responsibility regarding the use of the internet:
AzorAROMA is not responsible for any possible damages or problems arising from the use of the internet, such as external intrusions or computer viruses.
10. Cancellation of orders:
All orders can be requested to be canceled up until they are dispatched from the online store.
If the order is canceled in whole or in part, the order will be canceled and the respective amount will not be charged, or it will be returned in maximum 5 days.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction:
All matters relating to these General Conditions are subject to Portuguese law.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity:
